Devoted is an External Development and Production Management studio based in LA. Experienced with the complete dev pipeline, aside from creating content itself, we have a strong emphasis on project setup and management. We support our partners with art production (concepts, 3D, animation, mocap, scanning & scan clean-ups, lighting, tech art & integration), engineering, cinematics, and codev/fulldev. And now we are searching for a professional Recruiter, who will help us to hire the best talents for our tem!

Your experience:

  • 3+ years in recruiting IT/Gamedev spesialists;
  • Understanding of full lifecycle recruiting components;
  • Experience in hiring both long term employees and short term contractors;
  • Good understanding of IT technologies and market trends;
  • Intermediate+ English;

You are:

  • Team-player with strong interpersonal skills;
  • Have strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Able to analyze data and provide recommendations;
  • Have excellent organizational and prioritization skills, strong presentation skills, strong analytical skills;
  • Highly attentive to details, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates and scheduling;

Will be a plus:

  • Expertise in conducting Competency-Based Interviews;
  • Experience working with a fast-growth organization with competing priorities;

Your responsibilities:

  • Full responsibility for all stages of the recruitment and selection process, starting from a position opening to a Collaboration offer;
  • Manage Hiring process (conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, provide feedback);
  • Sourcing candidates by using all possible tools and techniques;
  • Screening CV and shortlisting candidates based on position requirements;
  • Planning, organizing, and conducting interviews;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements;
  • Send recruiting emails and follow up with candidates;
  • Exploring alternative channels for candidates’ attraction;
  • Preparing and making Collaboration Offers to finalists;
  • Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires;
  • Recruitment reporting;
  • Work with the ATS (we use Cleverstaff);
  • Constantly improving Devoted Studios talent acquisition approaches and processes based on the received feedback;
