Responsibilities:
🔸 Optimization & Problem-Solving: Optimize game performance, resolve technical challenges, and ensure smooth gameplay experiences.
🔸 Game Logic & Functionality: Develop new game logic, continually enhancing and refining existing features for better gameplay.
🔸 Leadership & Code Reviews: Lead code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of excellence.
🔸 Innovation & Quality Improvement: Propose and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance the quality and functionality of our games.
Main Requirements:
🔸 Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Unity and a strong background in C# development.
🔸 Leadership: Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and inspire a team.
🔸 Architecture: Proven experience in designing flexible, scalable project architectures.
🔸 Graphics Understanding: Solid understanding of both 2D and 3D graphics, with a keen eye for detail and performance.
🔸 Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a knack for debugging and resolving complex technical issues.
🔸 Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating effectively in a dynamic environment.
