Project Manager (GameDev)

We are looking for a Strong Middle Project Manager with experience in game development to manage feature development and coordinate cross-functional teams.

This role involves full ownership of features from initiation to release, ensuring process transparency, timely delivery, and effective collaboration between Game Design, Art, Animation, and UI/UX teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full feature development lifecycle from concept to release
• Plan, decompose, and track tasks in Jira
• Maintain and update project documentation in Confluence
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (Art, Game Design, Animation, UI/UX)
• Organize and facilitate team ceremonies (daily stand-ups, planning, grooming, retrospectives, feature reviews)
• Monitor deadlines, manage risks and blockers
• Ensure effective communication between teams and team leads
• Maintain high-quality task descriptions and oversee execution
• Ensure proper follow-up after meetings and discussions
• Participate in release preparation and release processes

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager (Strong Middle level) in game development
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Google Sheets
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Understanding of the game development production pipeline
• Experience driving features from concept to release
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Ability to identify, communicate, and escalate risks in a timely manner

Nice to Have:

• Experience with mobile F2P / live games
• Experience working on Match3 / puzzle / casual projects
