What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in roles such as Account Manager, Payment Manager, Onboarding Manager or Partnership Manager;
• Strong sense of responsibility and keen attention to detail;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+) for daily client communication;
• Experience with tools like Jira, Slack and Confluence;
• Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Review commercial offers and negotiate the best terms with clients;
• Guide clients through the onboarding process;
• Assist clients with compliance and documentation;
• Verify customer information and documentation prior to account setup;
• Manage KYC procedures and ensure smooth documentation flow;
• Evaluate client applications, assess risk exposure and make onboarding decisions based on risk and business model;
• Understanding of payment gateways and orchestration tools is a plus.
