Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CMO, UA Managers, and ASA/ASO specialists to improve marketing performance.
- Analyze user journeys to find patterns and new opportunities.
- Review ad campaign performance to guide marketing strategies.
- Automate tasks and improve routine processes to increase efficiency.
- Turn complex data, business rules, and metrics into clear reports and visualizations.
- Develop segmentation and forecasting models [LTV, Revenue, etc.].
- Share insights and recommendations with senior stakeholders.
- Bring your boldest ideas to life — we welcome innovation!
About You:
- Experience in marketing analytics for mobile apps or web products.
- Strong understanding of attribution models, marketing metrics, and forecasting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Python/R, and relevant data analytics libraries.
- Expert in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools, with the ability to build effective metric analysis solutions.
- Familiarity with MMPs [AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.] and analytics platforms [Amplitude, MixPanel, etc.].
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Proficiency in English and Ukrainian.
A Plus If You:
- Have experience in Game Development.
- Worked with Ad Monetization as a primary revenue stream.
- Built predictive models and ETL pipelines [Airflow, DBT/Dataform, etc.].
- Are proficient in Google Cloud [BigQuery, Storage, Pub/Sub, Functions, etc.] and relevant APIs.
