About the Role

We are looking for a creative TikTok Content Creator with strong video editing skills and a good understanding of the CS2 ecosystem. You will create engaging TikTok content for products in the eSports industry. The content will be distributed across multiple short-form platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Your daily work will include creating meme content, blogger-style videos, and AI-generated content using ready-made source materials. Motion Design tasks are occasional and mainly include overlays, banners, and simple motion graphics.
We are looking for someone who understands the CS2 audience, enjoys creating entertaining content, follows modern social media trends, and actively contributes ideas together with the team.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of commercial experience in Video Editing and/or Motion Design.
• Portfolio demonstrating video editing skills is required.
• Good knowledge of CS2 and its community.
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Good knowledge of CapCut.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Experience creating TikTok or other short-form video content.
• Ability to create memes, blogger-style, and AI-generated content.
• Ability to work with ready-made source materials.
• Ability to create animations and simple motion graphics.
• Creativity, strong visual taste, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage 2–3 tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Ukrainian or Russian — Upper-Intermediate+ / Advanced (for internal communication).
• English — Intermediate.

Will be an advantage

• Experience in Gaming or eSports projects.
• Understanding of TikTok algorithms and platform trends.
• Experience creating viral short-form content.
• Knowledge of Blender.
• Experience using AI tools in the content creation workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create at least 15 engaging short-form videos per week in the CS2 niche.
• Produce meme, blogger-style, and AI-generated content.
• Edit videos using ready-made source materials.
• Create overlays, banners, and simple motion graphics when required.
• Participate in generating creative content ideas together with the team.
• Work on up to 2–3 tasks simultaneously.
• Deliver tasks within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with the SMM team throughout the content production process.
