Hello, Brazy is looking for a Senior / Owner for a project that is actively growing, with an increasing amount of functionality and integrations (payment modules, trading, marketplace, B2B dashboards). At this stage, we need a dedicated Senior who will take ownership of product quality, build processes, and participate in release approval, reducing the risk of critical issues in production.

Current team: BackEnd (2), FrontEnd (2), Designer (1), Product (1)

Requirements:

— Strong commercial experience and hands-on testing skills with complex web products — 5+ years
— Senior experience is required

— Hands-on experience testing web applications and APIs

— Deep understanding of the ecosystem and trading flows

— Experience testing payment-related and asynchronous processes

— Ability to build processes in an evolving product environment

— Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for product quality

— Ability to challenge decisions and block releases when quality risks are identified
— Level of English — Intermediate or higher
— Ukrainian/Russian — native

It will be an advantage:

— Experience with CS skin payment systems or skin marketplaces

— Experience in gaming, gambling, or lootbox projects

— Hands-on experience with bots

— Knowledge or experience with test automation

— Experience in building or scaling a team

Tasks description:

— Testing frontend, backend, and API functionality

— Verification of deposits and withdrawals via trades

— Testing skin marketplace, B2C and B2B functionality

— Participation in task planning and acceptance

— Building processes from scratch

— Preparing checklists, regression testing, and release readiness criteria

— Identifying edge cases and risks related to payment and trading flows

— Close collaboration with developers and the product manager

— Influencing releases, including the ability to block a release in case of a critical issue

Responsibilities:

— Full ownership of product quality

— Quality control of frontend, backend, and API changes

— Building and continuously improving processes

— Participation in release decisions and approval

— Risk identification and prevention of critical production issues

— Proposing improvements to product logic and user experience

— Close collaboration with development and product teams
