Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in data or product analysis, ideally within gaming or digital entertainment;
•Strong SQL skills, particularly in ClickHouse or similar data warehouses;
•Proficiency in data visualization, with experience building dashboards in Grafana or similar tools;
• Solid knowledge of Python for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and automation;
• Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills with a focus on translating data into actionable insights;
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively presenting findings to non-technical teams;
• Familiarity with user behavior analysis and A/B testing methodologies.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze player behavior and in-game actions to identify patterns, areas for optimization, and opportunities for feature improvements;
• Write complex SQL queries in ClickHouse to extract, transform, and analyze data related to player engagement, retention, and monetization;
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Grafana, providing real-time insights into key metrics and product performance for stakeholders;
• Use Python for advanced data analysis;
• Conduct in-depth behavioral analysis on specific user segments to guide design and feature prioritization;
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to refine game features and mechanics based on data-driven insights;
• Design and evaluate A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of product changes and new features.
