Lead Data Analyst

Bini Games is a Ukrainian product company with a portfolio of more than 30 educational apps for children. We employ over 150+ passionate professionals who manage the entire development cycle, from idea generation to app development and promotion in global markets on iOS and Android platforms. Our apps are used by over a million people across the Americas, Asia, and Europe.

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Full cycle management of the Publishing analytics team
• Define, measure, and monitor KPIs that reflect underlying business dynamics. Develop dashboards to track progress towards key results
• Use data to generate actionable recommendations to optimize performance and drive business results
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to our processes and tools
• Perform as an expert in developing and recommending various analytical approaches and methodologies
• Lead the application of advanced analytics to model user behavior and uncover drivers of growth
• Develop a data culture within the company and promote data-driven decision making and analytics

What key requirements and competencies do you meet for this position?

• Deep understanding of statistical methods and experiment designs for analytical problems
• Fluency with Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib etc)
• Advanced SQL skills, with the ability to create, optimize and debug complex queries
• Advanced knowledge of visualization tools such as Power BI, Looker or Tableau
• Experience with ETL processes (DBT, Airflow, Databricks, GCP, AWS, Docker)
• Deep knowledge of ML (Model development and training (Predictive Modeling)
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience guiding and developing high-performing teams.
• 4+ years of analytics experience, 2+ years of team management experience
