Since you’ll be working on and promoting a collaborative project with Bini Games called MaPanda, here is some information about this product:

MaPanda (Partnership project Bini Games) is an innovative application for gamified online interaction where children see and hear the instructor as an animated character. Ideal for online academies, schools, kindergartens, psychologists, tutors, and teachers.

Our platform is designed to revolutionize online education by providing an engaging and interactive learning environment. It is particularly well-suited for teaching foreign languages, school readiness, developing soft skills, logic, mathematics, emotional intelligence, and creativity.

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Develop and execute marketing strategy for all customer groups (individual entrepreneurs, corporate clients, partnerships).
• Develop and work for business-oriented marketing KPIs.
• Set up research and analytics processes to ensure the right track to reach target audience best.
• Work closely with the Sales BizDev Executive to align marketing, social media and PR efforts, with sales strategies.
• Creating and running campaigns targeted campaigns to support lead generation and sales conversion.
• Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the company’s public image and reputation and to support sales. With further analyze of social media performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to distribute press releases other PR materials.
• Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Organize and coordinate PR events, webinars, and press conferences to support sales.

What essential qualifications and skills are required for this position?

• Successful experience marketing software or SaaS products or services to B2B (B2B marketing manager, startup CMO) or in a similar role with a Global markets focus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Creative thinker passionate about education and technology.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of the B2B segment and experience in reaching their unique needs and challenges.
• Strong analytical skills and admiration of data.
• An entrepreneurial drive with an appreciation for both the user experience and business aspects.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
