Since you’ll be working on and promoting a collaborative project with Bini Games called MaPanda, here is some information about this product:

MaPanda (Partnership project Bini Games) is an innovative application for gamified online interaction where children see and hear the instructor as an animated character. Ideal for online academies, schools, kindergartens, psychologists, tutors, and teachers.

Our platform is designed to revolutionize online education by providing an engaging and interactive learning environment. It is particularly well-suited for teaching foreign languages, school readiness, developing soft skills, logic, mathematics, emotional intelligence, and creativity.

What tasks will be in front of you?

• Develop and execute a cohesive social media and PR strategy aligned with the company’s goals.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media and PR campaigns.
• Create, curate, and manage content for various social media platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
• Write and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
• Establish and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
• Organize and coordinate PR events, webinars, etc.
• Foster and manage online communities related to our platform.
• Engage with educational professionals, parents, and students to build a loyal user base.
• Work closely with the Sales BizDev Executive to align social media and PR efforts with sales strategies.

What essential qualifications and skills are required for this position?

• Proven experience as a PR Generalist or similar role with a Global markets focus.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficient in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and analytics.
• Creative thinker passionate about education and technology.
• Flexibility to adjust strategies based on changing trends and business needs.
• Analytical thinking to identify issues and propose solutions in social media and PR campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, media contacts, and influencers.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills to convey messages across various platforms and to different audiences.
