Partnerships & Influencer Outreach Manager

About the project

Trivio.NET is a rapidly growing platform for trivia and brain game enthusiasts. We are actively expanding our presence in the US market by collaborating with influencers, organizations, and gaming communities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate with relevant influencers (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, Discord, Twitter) in the trivia, brain games, and casual gaming niches.
• Craft personalized outreach messages to effectively introduce Trivio.NET.
• Organize gameplay demos, campaign launches, and cross-promotions.
• Maintain a database and build long-term relationships with partners and influencers.
• Engage with US-based communities and organizations: trivia clubs, educational institutions, pub quizzes, and other collaboration venues.
• Manage partnership projects from initial contact to contract signing (with CEO support if needed).
• Assist in organizing live events, giveaways, affiliate campaigns, and partner player matches.
• Coordinate with design and product teams to prepare promo materials.
• Provide regular reports on work progress and suggest improvements for marketing activities.
• Monitor trends in social media and gaming communities.

Requirements

• Fluent and confident English (spoken and written).
• Excellent communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience in outreach, community management, partnerships, or influencer coordination.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, Excel, and presentations.
• Interest in trivia, games, or gamified education is a plus.

Nice to have

• Existing contacts with influencers or media in the US trivia and casual gaming space.
• Experience in gaming, edtech, or SaaS companies.
