Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team and turn complex business and operational data into clear, actionable insights.

In this role, you will work closely with business and cross-functional teams to analyze data, identify trends and opportunities, improve reporting processes, and support data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for building and maintaining Tableau dashboards, working with SQL and Excel, preparing management-level reports and presentations, and continuously improving how data is organized, accessed, and used across the company.

The role is a great fit for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a structured approach, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

• English level: B1+
• 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or in a closely related analytical role, including but not limited to Tableau and Claude Cowork for extracting and transforming date, data analysis, automation, reporting, or optimization of data workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
• Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working with large or multiple datasets and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently, identify areas for improvement, and go beyond simply completing requested reports.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data analysis.

Would be a plus

• Experience in iGaming, gaming, SaaS, fintech, or another data-driven industry.
• Experience with Python or other data analysis and automation tools.
• Experience automating recurring reports and analytical workflows.
• Experience working with commercial, financial, product, or operational data.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities.
• Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to provide clear visibility into key business metrics and performance.
• Use SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from relevant sources.
• Use Claude Cowork to automate, optimize, and improve data analysis and reporting workflows.
• Build and maintain structured spreadsheets, tables, and data resources that make information easy for other teams to search, navigate, and access.
• Develop standardized templates and data structures that meet internal requirements and ensure consistency across teams.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc reports to support business and management decisions.
• Prepare management and board-level presentations and reports, translating complex data into clear insights, key metrics, and actionable conclusions.
• Translate business questions into data-driven analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide relevant analytical support.
• Continuously improve the organization, accessibility, and usability of internal data and reporting processes.
• Present key findings and insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
