Barbara Bang is looking for a person who will be responsible for our business partners having a top-notch service and a great experience with our brand.
Responsibilities:
— Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing business partners.
— Contacting clients regularly (phone, Skype, emails, face-to-face).
— Handling customer requests and problems, while providing immaculate service.
— Using statistics and reports to analyze a client’s activity.
— Promo planning.
— Tracking the effectiveness of the product in accordance with the existing contracts.
— Updating and recording data in CRM.
Requirements:
— At least 1 year of commercial experience in iGaming or B2B product/IT companies in the following positions: Account Manager, Customer Success manager.
— Excellent pendantic skills.
— Proactive mindset.
— Excel, Word, Jira, Slack, SimilarWeb.
— Used analytics tools (will be plus).
— Strong organizational skills.
— High level of English and Spanish. Additional languages (Portuguese) are an advantage but not essential.
— Willing and possibility to travel.
— Location: Latin America.
