Lead Generation Specialist

Barbara Bang is currently looking for a talented Lead Generation Specialist to join our team and help us identify new opportunities to fuel our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target online casino operators expand an active client base
  • Use multiple lead-generation techniques, including cold outreach, email marketing, and social media outreach, to acquire new leads
  • Plan lead generation tactics around industry events (e.g., ICE London, SBC Summit, SiGMA) by generating relevant contacts and booking meetings
  • Conduct introductory calls with potential operators to gather key business information and ensure smooth handover to the account management team
  • Stay up to date with industry and regulatory trends — including market openings, licensing updates, and jurisdictional changes — to refine targeting strategies and better understand the needs of potential operators
  • Collaborate closely with the account management team to design, implement, and continuously optimize lead generation strategies and best practices
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system as well as other internal documentation
  • Report directly to the Head of Account Management on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience at the lead generation or a similar role (experience in the iGaming industry will be a significant advantage)
  • Excellent research, time and data management skills with a strong focus on accuracy and detail orientation
  • English — B2 or higher, other languages will be a plus
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Jira, HubSpot, Slack etc., other tools will be a plus
  • Self-motivation, curiosity, proactiveness and a results-oriented mindset
