Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our product team. In this role, you will focus on creating and maintaining clear, structured documentation in Confluence, working closely with stakeholders including C-level, PMs, and product teams. Your ability to extract key insights, describe existing functionality, and translate business needs into actionable tasks will directly support our operational and strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaboration with key stakeholders (PMs, Game Producers, C-level, etc.) to gather and analyze business requirements, identify underlying issues, and recommend effective solutions
• Accurate transfer of business needs to the development team in the form of clear documentation (Business Requirements Document or Technical Specification)
• Updating, creating, and maintaining documentation (requirements specifications, user guides, feature descriptions, etc.)
• Establishing a transparent and efficient system for maintaining documentation in Confluence
• Collaboration with Project managers to plan features and organize the Product Backlog
• Work with a toolkit including Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence), Miro, Figma, and spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets) to structure and visualize product processes
• Support product evolution through gap analysis, change proposals, and maintaining effective collaboration between teams
• Write clear and well-structured documentation in English for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or IT-related areas
• English — Upper Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
• Strong analytical and critical reasoning abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive and confident in direct collaboration with C-level executives and Project Managers
• Solid understanding of the SDLC and the role of a BA throughout all phases
• Attention to detail and a structured mindset — you can turn chaos into clarity
• Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
• Skilled in capturing meeting outcomes and summarizing them into clear, actionable insights

Nice to Have:

• Experience in the iGaming industry
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Experience with A/B testing, retention metrics, or cohort analysis
• Understanding of game performance metrics (GGR, RTP, Session Length, etc.)
