The overall responsibilities of the Recruiter are to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best consultants, while growing a talent pool for required competencies.

A Recruiter will support in designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy and managing full-cycle recruiting processes.

The position also requires a close collaboration with department managers & leaders in the process of identifying future hiring needs together with the HR Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Support in designing and implementing an overall recruiting strategy.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand positions and recruiting needs.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using referrals, professional networks and job sites.
  • Working closely with LinkedIn, Recruiter Lite, Behance, Artstation, etc.
  • Review applicants, manage the first screening interview to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
  • Provide analytical and recruiting reports to the HR Director.
  • Manage the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and Hiring Managers.
  • Search for new channels to attract applicants.
  • Provide constant feedback to candidates, and work on improving the recruitment process.
  • Act as a main point of contact and build successful candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote the company’s reputation as an “amazing place to work”.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in providing a full-cycle recruitment process and technical roles.
  • 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • Understanding of the tech hiring specifics and complexity of global markets.
  • Good knowledge of the recruitment hiring platforms, sources, tools.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Recruiter Lite — must have.
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Upper-intermediate English.

Would be nice to have:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry and its understanding. Applicants without experience in iGaming are also welcome to apply.
  • Experience in conducting competence-based interviews.
  • Experience in following and implementing recruitment analytics.
  • Experience implementing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
