Barbara Bang is looking for an Event Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
— At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Ad Agency or Entertainment fields.
— Experience in organizing international conferences, corporate event marketing, and exhibitions experience in the iGaming industry — is a must.
— Proficient in the creation of custom exhibition displays and booths.
— Successful case studies with various budgets.
— Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
— Strong time management and organizational abilities.
— Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
— Able to work independently and follow processes with minimal direction.
— Experience working in a team and understanding team dynamics.
— Strong oral and written communication skills with a proven ability to influence.
— Excellent command of English is essential (other languages are a plus).
— Willing and possibility to travel.
Would be nice to have:
— Knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
— Portfolio of online events in English-speaking markets.
Responsibilities:
— Identify, attend, and support events and work with regional marketing teams to own the gaming activation at these events.
— Handling the full cycle of preparing the company for international exhibitions in the iGaming industry (conferences, exhibitions, etc.)
— Collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, strategies, and key performance indicators and drive planning meetings from start to finish ensuring overall success of the event.
— Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives, and target audiences.
— Propose and organize different types of activities, entertainment, and events between expos that would attract more and more partners and promote our brand.
— Developing and implementing event preparation and execution regulations, considering the current market situation.
— Preparing budgets and estimates and ensuring compliance.
— Managing the design and production of flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and other print materials used for marketing events.
— Coordinating with event vendors to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned.
— Monitoring and analyzing the market, industry trends, and innovations.
— Work with sales, marketing and HR teams to develop an event strategy and objectives’.
— Conduct a detailed post-show analysis with objective reporting on event success and improvement opportunities.
— Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events.
