Barbara Bang is looking for an Integration Engineer (Technical Customer Service Manager), who will be responsible for working on integration projects with Barbara Bang partners.
Working proactively and autonomously to optimize our partners’ support is part of the job description.
Requirements:
— At least
— Experience with HTTP and basic unix systems, DevTools.
— Back-end integration (REST/API services & other protocols, techniques).
— Good knowledge of HTML, JSON.
— Experience with Confluence & JIRA.
— Excellence in handling technical discussions and coordinating tasks with partners.
— Excellent written and spoken English (Business English) (other languages are a plus).
— Well developed communication and analytical skills.
— Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality.
— Serenity in challenging situations.
— Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
— Excellent knowing our product.
— Partners consultancy in technical aspects of the company’s product and integration (via emails, chats, etc).
— Collect, understand and document information, issues that will be in our partners.
— Timely and quickly transfer the partners’ requests to the competent team to resolve the issue (if it is impossible to solve the issue without the competent department, people).
— Provide in an appropriate manner a clear answer to the partners regarding the solution of this or that issue.
— Write and update technical documentation.
— Technical integration of our products & solutions with all involved internal departments and partners.
— Serve as the main technical point of contact for our partners during the integration phase.
— Communication in technical chats with development teams of our partners.
— Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
— Investigations relating to existing partners integrations and identifying relevant information for optimizing the partners experience.
— Ensure that integration requirements are well defined.
— Create and improve Integration related processes.
— Provide technical assistance for other departments, such as the BizDev Department.
Would be nice to have:
— Experience in the iGaming industry and its understanding.
— Knowledge of slots features.
— Experience in software development (JS/PHP).
