Barbara Bang is looking for a Compliance Manager who will be responsible for ensuring a high level of compliance and operational risk control in accordance with the regulatory standards and policies.

Responsibilities:
— Conduct an analysis of the iGaming market.
— To identify, translate, report and disseminate information on existing changes in regulatory documents (to technical, non-technical requirements for game development) and suggest solutions to these problems.
— Regularly update documentation on standards and requirements, which ensures stable quality of the released games and maintains daily readiness for audit.
— Monitor the compliance of the released games with the requirements of regulators, proactively carry out internal compliance reviews
— Provide support to the team in the implementation of standards.
— Conduct an internal audit, verify compliance of the games with the requirements of new or amended rules.
— To communicate with regulatory authorities, testing laboratories and their representatives.
— Take part in ISO 27001:2013 trainings and certification;
— Provide compliance review and internal audits for ISO 27001 certification;
— Prepare internal testing base for ISO 27001:2013;
— Provide the regular updates of documentation for ISO 27001:2013.

Requirements:
— 1+ year of relevant experience in Compliance.
— Ability to be up to date with the latest regulatory changes.
— Excellent command of English is essential.
— Self-motivation and desire to learn.
— Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality and data security standards.
— Excellent research and analytical skills.
— Responsibility and a keen eye for detail.
— Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and a master of multitasking.
— Excellent writing and editing skills.

Would be nice to have:
— Experience in the iGaming industry and its understanding. Applicants without experience in iGaming are also welcome to apply, as we introduce an extensive onboarding process.
— Knowledge of slots features.
