Now we’re looking for a Junior Motion Designer/AI Creator to join our team and contribute to the visual development of our live game products enjoyed by players around the world.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of commercial experience in 2D Motion Design, with a strong portfolio or showreel;
• Confident Adobe After Effects skills;
• Good visual and Motion Design foundation, including composition, typography, animation principles, timing, and pacing;
• Basic video editing and compositing skills;
• Ability to understand a creative brief and translate it into an engaging motion solution;
• Experience working with footage, graphics, brand assets, and UGC;
• Basic understanding of short-form social media and digital advertising content;
• Interest in AI-assisted creative production and willingness to develop AI Creation skills;
• Ability to work with feedback, learn quickly, and collaborate effectively with Design and Marketing;
• English — B1+ for reading briefs, writing short updates, and discussing day-to-day tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Create advertising and promotional motion videos for social media, including Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, and feed ads;
• Analyze briefs, communication goals, audience information, references, and project requirements before starting production;
• Research relevant references, trends, and visual approaches when needed;
• Contribute to creative concepts and explore solutions through sketching, storyboards, styleframes, or animatics when appropriate;
• Create 2D animations in Adobe After Effects, including typography, transitions, kinetic text, basic VFX, and logo/product animations;
• Edit and adapt existing footage, brand assets, graphics, and UGC into engaging social media creatives;
• Use AI tools to generate or enhance assets and video fragments and integrate them into Motion Design and video production workflows;
• Iterate creatives based on briefs, feedback, creative direction, and brand requirements;
• Adapt creatives and prepare multiple versions for different channels and placements, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9;
• Prepare and export final files for publishing according to technical requirements;
• Meet agreed deadlines and communicate progress, blockers, and changes early;
• Maintain organized project files and follow established brand guidelines;
• Learn from feedback and available performance data to continuously improve future creatives.
Nice to Have:
• Experience with AI image or video generation tools and generative workflows such as image-to-video, video-to-video, or AI-assisted editing;
• Experience creating advertising or performance marketing creatives;
• Experience working with gaming, digital entertainment, or similar consumer products;
• Interest in gaming and the gaming industry;
• Experience with character, illustration, product, or UI animation;
• Basic understanding of sound design and audio synchronization;
• Interest in creative performance metrics and using data to improve creative decisions;
• Experience with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools;
• English — B2+.
