Why join 51.games?
We’re builders at heart and gamers by instinct. We love building systems — and we care about how games actually feel to play. Being players ourselves shapes how we design, test and improve what we ship.
Here’s what that means for you:
• Work alongside an experienced team that cares about craft;
• A culture of open discussion, honest feedback and healthy product debates;
• An energetic environment where people stay involved and enjoy what they build;
• Games that grow long-term — and a team that knows how to have fun while building them.
We also support you with:
• Flexible schedule and the option to work remotely or from our hubs in Kyiv, Warsaw, and Berlin;
• Competitive compensation, regular performance reviews, paid vacation, sick leave, and public holidays;
• Modern Apple equipment and thoughtful corporate gifts for holidays and personal milestones;
• Support for your growth: courses, workshops, and conferences.
You’ll work on games that grow with their players — evolving through gameplay, systems and community. If this resonates with you — send your CV and join us.
